Our H1N1 Policy

PATIENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WITH FLU SYMPTOMS

Because of the spread of the H1N1 flu we are taking every step possible to protect the health of our patients and staff.   Therefore, based on the recommendations of the San Francisco Health Department, we have determined that no sick patients or family members can enter our suites.

DURING THE TIME OF THE H1N1 FLU SEASON WE ARE REQUESTING SICK PATIENTS TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENTS.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OUR RECEPTION SUITE IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE SYMPTOMS OF THE FLU OR HAVE HAD A FEVER WITHIN THE LAST 24 HOURS.

Please knock on the reception door and one of our staff members will come out to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

PATIENTS WITH CHILDREN

Because of the spread of the H1N1 flu we are taking every step possible to protect the health of our patients and staff.   Therefore, based on the recommendations of the San Francisco Health Department, we have determined that No ill children can accompany patients into the reception suite or clinical services suites. 

DURING THE H1N1 FLU SEASON NO ILL CHILDREN CAN BE BROUGHT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR INTO THE WAITING ROOM

If you are here for a scheduled appointment and or a drop in blood draw, and have an ill child that has to remain with you, we will reschedule your appointment.  Please knock on the reception door and one of our staff members will come out to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.
